Animal Hospital Wiki

Animal Hospital is a co-op survival horror game on Roblox by studio Animal Anomaly. You work the night shift at a veterinary clinic, admitting real animal patients and rejecting anomalies disguised as patients before they enter the hospital. Since its May 2026 release, the game has reached tens of thousands of concurrent players with a stellar approval rating.

Each round is structured as a Shift. You stand at the reception desk, inspect incoming patients for visual signs like extra eyes, hollow sockets, sharp teeth, and unnatural grins, photograph them, verify appointment paperwork, and decide whether to admit or reject using the Shutter button. Reject anomalies correctly to earn cash and protect your Sanity. Let a Skinwalker slip through and your run can collapse within minutes.
